Project Overview
A Botanical Science Center in Zhejiang serves as a comprehensive research platform integrating public laboratories, scientific research facilities, standardized experimental farmland, demonstration and extension farmland, and a seed industry acceleration center. Its supporting smart greenhouse relies on sensors to collect real-time core environmental data such as temperature, humidity, and light, enabling precise control through an intelligent control system. The project's core facility is a sunlit glass greenhouse, which demands high precision in temperature and humidity regulation. All environmental control equipment is integrated into a PLC control system for automated and intelligent management.
Throughout operation, Aolan evaporative air coolers continuously introduce fresh air. This not only rapidly alleviates high indoor temperatures but also maintains suitable air humidity, creating a stable and high-quality growth environment for various experimental crops.

Operational Mode
To meet the project's specific needs, the center selected 12 units of the Aolan Window-type Series evaporative air coolers. This model features a small size and compact structure, making it suitable for scenarios with limited installation space, such as passages. Without affecting the efficiency of passageway traffic, it efficiently meets the cooling and humidity control requirements of the sunlit glass greenhouse. By integrating the equipment into the centralized PLC control system, the operational process is significantly simplified, the overall level of intelligent management is enhanced, and coordinated operation of multiple devices is achieved.

Results Demonstration
Since the equipment was commissioned, the temperature and humidity environment inside the sunlit glass greenhouse has consistently remained within the ideal range required for scientific research experiments. The growth status of the crops is stable, providing reliable environmental support for research work such as germplasm resource cultivation and crop physiology studies. Furthermore, the application of the PLC centralized control system has reduced manual operation and maintenance costs while improving the response speed and precision of environmental regulation. The equipment's suitability and operational performance have received high recognition from the project owner.
