Aolan Appears at the 25th HVAC&R Academic Annual Conference
The 25th HVAC&R Academic Annual Conference was held from October 27 to 31, 2026, at the Conference Center of the Qunsheng Howard Johnson Hotel in Guizhou. With the theme “Gathering Synergy, Coexisting in Heating and Cooling,” the conference brought together renowned experts and scholars from across China and invited heads of 30 local societies. It featured four major segments—academic seminars, cutting-edge technology exhibitions, business matching, and young talent cultivation—to jointly explore new directions for technological development in the HVAC&R field. As a leading enterprise in the evaporative cooling sector, Aolan was invited to attend the event.

Senior Engineer Li Yan of Aolan delivered a special report titled “Aolan Evaporative Cooling Technology Enables Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction in Air Handling” at the academic forum. The report systematically introduced typical application cases of Aolan’s indirect evaporative cooling air-conditioning units and indirect evaporative water chillers in public building projects in dry regions, data centers, and other fields. She noted that, against the backdrop of advancing the “Dual Carbon” goals, evaporative cooling technology is becoming an important technical pathway for energy saving and consumption reduction in air handling due to its advantages of utilizing natural cold sources, low energy consumption, and low emissions.

During the conference, many industry experts, professors, and scholars visited the Aolan booth and held in-depth exchanges with the Aolan team, speaking highly of Aolan’s evaporative cooling technology and products.

Chairman Huang Hualing was invited to receive an exclusive interview with the conference’s official media. Starting with indirect evaporative cooling air-conditioning units and solution-based temperature- and humidity-control air-conditioning units, Chairman Huang combined practical application cases to explain in depth the technical features and core advantages of the products. He also systematically outlined Aolan’s strategic directions in technological R&D, market expansion, and industrial layout over the next three to five years, demonstrating Aolan’s firm determination to drive green and low-carbon development through technological innovation.

Professor Wei Qingpeng of Tsinghua University visited the Aolan booth and interviewed Chairman Huang. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on the application results and development prospects of indirect evaporative cooling technology. Professor Wei fully affirmed Aolan’s years of technological accumulation and innovation capabilities and expressed his expectation for industry-academia-research collaboration to jointly promote the industry’s green and low-carbon transformation.

This annual conference is both a platform for academic exchange and a bellwether for industry development. Under the guidance of the “Dual Carbon” goals, the HVAC&R industry is accelerating its transformation toward green and low-carbon development. With its unique advantages of being green, low-carbon, and highly efficient, evaporative cooling technology will surely play an even more important role in this transformation.
