New Product Launch | Aolan AB01 and BG03 Flame-Retardant Wet Mats Make a Powerful Debut

On the afternoon of May 29, 2026, Aolan (Fujian) Industry Co., Ltd. held its 2026 New Product Launch in Fuzhou. Aolan's independently developed AB01 and BG03 flame-retardant wet mats were officially unveiled.

At the launch event, engineers from the R&D Center provided detailed introductions on the development background, performance advantages, and specifications of the two new products, formally lifting the veil on the AB01 and BG03 flame-retardant wet mats.

AB01 Flame-Retardant Wet Mat
The AB01 flame-retardant wet mat was developed specifically in response to market demand for Class A flame-retardant wet mats, effectively filling a gap in the existing product line. Its core utilizes an inorganic fiberglass substrate combined with an inorganic flame-retardant hydrophilic composite process, delivering permanent Class A flame-retardant performance that remains stable even under extreme operating conditions.

The material is treated with a special formulation, endowing the product with multiple environmental protection capabilities including antibacterial, anti-mold, and anti-Legionella properties. It has also passed ROHS and REACH certifications, ensuring safety and compliance throughout its entire life cycle.

In terms of application, the AB01 withstands outdoor climates, alkaline saltwater immersion, and exposure to various descaling agents and biocides. It supports repeated cleaning and maintains excellent compressive strength in both dry and wet states.

BG03 Flame-Retardant Wet Mat
The BG03 flame-retardant wet mat is built upon market demand and represents a comprehensive upgrade over the ZD100H wet mat, while inheriting its application experience.

This product uses organic fibers as the substrate and flame-retardant environmentally friendly adhesive as the binder, achieving a permanent B1 flame-retardant rating while combining fire safety with material lightweight characteristics. In terms of environmental friendliness, the BG03 features biological protection properties such as antibacterial, anti-mold, and anti-Legionella functions, and has passed ROHS and REACH certifications to control hazardous substances at the source.

Its application reliability is equally outstanding: it resists outdoor climate aging and alkaline saltwater immersion, can be repeatedly cleaned, shows good tolerance to descaling agents and biocides, and maintains stable compressive performance in both dry and wet states.

Compared to the ZD100H, the BG03 offers lower manufacturing costs and significant improvements in service life and flame-retardant stability, making it a cost-effective replacement product.
